Application Steps

  • Access the Application Portal:
  • Programme Selection:
    • Choose the Academic Year you wish to start on.​
    • Select the Level (Bachelor or Master).​
    • Indicate the Study Mode (Full-Time or Part-Time).​
    • Select the Campus (Nicosia or Limassol).​
    • Pick the specific Programme you wish to apply for.
  • Personal Information:
    • Fill in your personal details, including full name, date of birth, contact information, and address.​ All information must be the same as on your identification documents.
  • Educational Background:
    • Enter details of your previous education – starting with your High School Education Certificate.
    • Upload scanned copies of your educational certificates and transcripts.​
  • English Language Proficiency:
    • Provide information about your English proficiency.​
    • Use ‘Native Language’ box only if you were born in a country whose official first language is English.
    • Upload relevant certificates.
    • If you do not have an English proficiency certificate, select the ‘CIM Entrance Test’ option in the application, and the admissions office will arrange a test for you.
  • Professional Experience (if applicable):
    • Detail any relevant work experience.​
    • Upload your CV (mandatory for Master’s applicants).​
  • Personal Statement:
    • Write a personal statement outlining your motivations for applying and your career aspirations.​
  • Reference Letter:
    • Upload a reference letter from a professional or academic referee.
    • Usually, your referee would write about the following:
      • How long you have known the applicant and in what capacity
      • Suitability for the course/subject area, including motivation and commitment to study
      • Academic performance (predicted grades in case they have not yet been finalised) OR Professional performance in case you are a professional referee
      • Communication skills (for English language)
      • Character and personality
  • Additional Information:
    • Provide any other information that may support your application.​
  • Document Uploads:
    • Ensure all required documents are uploaded.
    • Each file should be less than 15MB.
    • Avoid using mobile phones or tablets to fill out the form to prevent technical issues.
  • Declaration and GDPR Consent:
    • Read and agree to the GDPR declaration, confirming that all information provided is accurate and that you consent to the processing of your personal data.
  • Submission & Application Fee Payment:
    • Submit the application.
    • After submitting the application, an automatic email will be sent to the email address provided.
    • Follow the instructions in the email to pay the non-refundable application fee.
