Admission Requirements
Undergraduate Entry Requirements
- CIM programmes: Secondary School Certificate with a 14/20 GPA; English Proficiency: IELTS 5.0 or equivalent.
- UWL (franchise) programmes: Secondary School Certificate with a 15/20 GPA English Proficiency: IELTS 5.5 or equivalent.

Postgraduate Entry Requirements
- CIM programmes: A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university; 2 years of work experience (for MBA & MBA Shipping; English Proficiency: IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.
- UWL programmes: A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university with minimum 2:2 OR a Chartered Business School of Marketing (CIM) Professional Diploma; English Proficiency: IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.

Step 1
Gather Your Required Documents
Before starting your application, ensure you have the following documents ready:
- A copy of your passport or national ID (saved as pdf file)
- Academic certificates and transcripts of grades (saved as pdf files).
- A recent professional photograph of yourself (jpeg file)
- English Proficiency test results (unless if your Native Language is English).
- A copy of your C.V. (for postgraduate applicants – as pdf file).
- Any additional documents required for your specific programme.
Step 2
Complete the Online Application
- Visit the CIM application portal
- Fill in the required details as seen in your official documents.
- Upload your supporting documents in the designated sections.
- Double-check your information before submission.
*If any of the files you have uploaded exceed the size limit of 15MB, the application will not be submitted and you will have to go back to the uploaded files.
Step 3
Pay the Application Fee
- An application fee is required for any Application to be processed. Our fees can be found here.
- Payment can be made via:
- JCCsmart at this link (for the Application stage, in the box for Student Registration Number, please indicate your National ID number)
- Bank transfer – please ask our Accounts Office for details (accounts@cim.ac.cy)
- Cash at the Campus
- Credit/Debit card at the Campus
- Contact accounts@cim.ac.cy for payment assistance.
Step 4
Submit Your Application
Once all sections are completed and documents uploaded:
- Click Submit to finalise your application.
- You will receive a confirmation email – if you do not receive the automatic email, this means that you may have typed your email incorrectly OR it has been redirected to your spam/junk folder. If you have not received an email, please contact admissions@cim.ac.cy for help.
Step 5
Application Review Process
- The Admissions Team will review your application.
- You may be contacted via email for any additional information, missing documents or for and oral interview.
- Expect a decision within 2 weeks of completing all requirements for applying.
Step 6
Accept Your Offer
- If successful, you will receive an official email and next steps in completing the Instalment/Payment Plan for your Tuition fees payment for the Academic Year.
- You need to confirm and sign the Payment Plan and send via email for next steps.
- Follow the provided instructions to pay the deposit.
Step 7
Prepare for Enrolment
- Check emails for access to the i-CIM portal
- Attend orientation sessions before the start of the semester (*Expected at the end of September for Fall Semester and beginning of January for Spring Semester).
- Receive CIM Student email credentials
