To study at CIM-Cyprus Business School, you must provide evidence of English proficiency with one of the following:

Undergraduate Entry Requirements

  • CIM programmes: Secondary School Certificate with a 14/20 GPA.
  • UWL (franchise) programmes: Secondary School Certificate with a 15/20 GPA.
  • English Proficiency: IELTS 5.0 or equivalent.

Postgraduate Entry Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university.
  • 2 years of work experience (for MBA & MBA Shipping).
  • English Proficiency: IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.

How to Apply

The application process is simple and fully online. Follow these steps:

  1. Complete the online application form at the ‘APPLY’ link
  2. Upload required documents, including academic certificates, English test scores, and passport copy. All documents must be in English and be Apostilled and scanned as pdf files.
  3. Pay the non-refundable application fee. All fees are shown here.
  4. Await confirmation and further instructions.

Student Visa Process

Before Applying

  • All non-EU students must apply for a student visa before arriving in Cyprus.
  • Submit your visa application (MEDU1/MEDUM1 form) and required documents before the deadline.
  • A minimum advance tuition payment of €3,000 is required for visa processing.

Residence Permit & Attendance Rules

  • Students must attend at least 70% of their classes.
  • Missing more than 30% of classes may result in visa cancellation.
  • Your residence permit may not be renewed if you fail courses or do not make academic progress.

Employment During Studies

  • International students can work part-time but only with official permission from the Cyprus Ministry of Labour.
  • Work hours and job types are limited, so check regulations before applying.
