We still put emphasis on combining theory and practice and remain committed to offering the best and most accessible education at the most affordable fees.

The workshop will consist of six, two-hour lectures and each group will have two 1:1 mentoring sessions with Mr Cohen.
Upon completion of the workshop, each group will have the opportunity to pitch their idea to our Executive Panel, with the chance to win a ‘Starter Package’ towards their Start Up
COURSE OVERVIEW
COURSE OBJECTIVES
By the end of this course, students will be able to:
- Ideate and Validate: Develop innovative startup ideas and assess their market potential.
- Business Model Canvas: Construct a robust business model canvas to outline the value proposition, customer segments, revenue streams, and cost structure.
- Financial Projections: Create realistic financial projections, including revenue forecasts, expense budgets, and cash flow statements.
- Pitch Deck Creation: Design an engaging and persuasive investor pitch deck that effectively communicates the startup’s vision, market opportunity, team, and financial projections.
- Effective Pitching: Deliver confident and compelling presentations to a diverse audience, including potential investors and industry experts.

• Building a strong value proposition

• Understanding key financial metrics (e.g., unit economics, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value)
• Designing a compelling pitch deck
• Crafting a persuasive narrative
• Storytelling techniques for effective presentations
• Practice pitch sessions and feedback
• Final presentations to a panel of judges (simulated investor pitch)
