Elena Tsappi holds a BA in Business and Management and an MSc in Human Resources Management from the University of Sunderland in the United Kingdom. She is currently completing her PhD in Business Administration at European University Cyprus, with her research focusing on performance evaluation in educational Metaverse environments using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
She has taught modules at European University Cyprus and Minjiang University in China, including Advertising and Sales Promotion, Professional Selling, Public Relations, Principles of Management, and Introduction to Business. In addition to her teaching, Elena has been actively involved in international research collaborations and Horizon Europe project proposals. She has authored over 12 academic publications in areas such as digital transformation, sustainability, organizational behavior, and city branding.
