Jamie Stratton has worked in Higher Education in the UK for 14 years, including nearly a decade as a senior manager. His background is in Students’ Unions and is specialised in supporting developing and underperforming organisations. Jamie has worked for companies that turn over in excess of £1million per year and led teams between 10-60 full time and part time staff.
Jamie has recently moved to Cyprus with his family in October 2021 and currently works as a freelance consultant within Higher Education in the UK, and two small organisations who specialise in business improvement across a number of different areas.
He has a passion within organisations for establishing processes and procedures that did not previously exist, overseeing recruitment and retention initiatives and executive coaching and mentoring. Jamie has extensive experience in organisational change and the building and improving of organisational cultures. He has recently qualified to Masters level in Human Resource Management and is very passionate about the importance of people and culture in ensuring a successful business.
