Christina Kelepenioti graduated with an LL.B (Hons) degree and LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from the Queen Mary University of London and completed her Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law in 2015. She successfully completed her vocational training in August 2016 and was admitted to the Cyprus Bar. Christina is currently practicing as a member of the corporate team of one of the oldest and best-established law firms in Cyprus.

Christina specialises in corporate matters and has been involved in the management of international business companies, company and business acquisitions and sales, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and restructurings and other cross-border transactions. Her knowledge and expertise also extends to a broad spectrum of general corporate matters, assisting clients in the reorganisation of corporate structures, reviewing shareholder agreements, and conducting due diligence reports on target companies.

Christina is also actively involved in providing advice in relation to regulatory matters including financial and fund related matters and advising, inter alia, financial institutions in relation to a wide range of regulatory and compliance issues.
