Ioanna Apserou is the Director of Student Affairs at CIM, overseeing both the Nicosia and Limassol campuses, as well as coordinating e-learning. She is responsible for developing, managing, and overseeing high-quality student support services. As the primary point of contact for student inquiries and concerns, she assists students in adapting to university life and provides support to international students with immigration procedures and related processes. She coordinates a range of student events and activities, while also actively encouraging student participation in academic, professional, and extracurricular initiatives. She handles reports of student misconduct, including issues related to plagiarism. Ioanna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Essex (UK), a Master’s degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management from the University of Nottingham (UK) and has recently completed an MBA from the European University of Cyprus. Before her current role, she worked as an Account Manager in digital marketing and advertising agencies in Cyprus, serving a broad client base and gaining valuable experience in client communication, marketing strategy, and human relations.
