Dr Elena Panayiotou is a Business Studies lecturer with extensive teaching experience across higher education institutions in Cyprus since 2016. She holds a PhD in Business Administration from the European University Cyprus, an MBA from the Mediterranean Institute of Management, and a BSc in Economics from the University of Cyprus.
Her teaching expertise includes Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, and a broad range of business and management subjects. Her research interests focus on Human Resource Management, job satisfaction, organisational commitment, employee motivation, and sustainable organisational performance, particularly within SMEs.
Dr Panayiotou brings to the classroom a strong blend of academic expertise, practical insight, and a commitment to connecting theory with real-world business practice.
