Elena Panayiotou is a Business Studies lecturer with extensive teaching experience across higher education institutions in Cyprus since 2016. She holds an MBA from the Mediterranean Institute of Management and a BSc in Economics from the University of Cyprus. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration at the European University Cyprus. Her teaching expertise includes Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, and broader business and management subjects. Her research interests focus on the intersection between corporate culture, accounting practices, and employee behavior—specifically how job satisfaction and organizational loyalty influence productivity and long-term performance. Elena brings to the classroom a strong blend of academic depth and industry insight.
