Christiana Konstantinidou is a practising lawyer and the founder of Konstantinidou LLC, a boutique firm in Limassol advising on corporate, commercial, and financial services law. Her background combines private practice at leading law firms with in-house experience in the financial services industry.
Her work covers transactional matters, the licensing and ongoing legal and compliance requirements of regulated entities, and advising companies and startups on corporate structuring and regulatory obligations. She acts on authorisation and supervision matters for investment firms, electronic money institutions, and crypto-asset service providers, and advises on the EU regulatory framework applicable to them.
She holds an LLB in Law from the University of Leicester and an MSc in Law and Finance from Queen Mary University of London, and is a member of the Limassol Bar Association. She is certified under the CySEC Advanced Framework and holds the International Compliance Association’s Anti-Money Laundering qualification.
