Andry Antoniou-Zissimou is a part-time lecturer at CIM. Her professional and research interests include digital performance optimization, multi-channel marketing strategy, brand positioning, and consumer insights.
Andry has been working in the marketing sector for over 20 years across both in-house and agency environments, combining creative excellence with a disciplined focus on ROI and performance measurement. She is London-educated, having completed a BA (Hons) in English Literature at Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) in London. Her extensive corporate experience includes serving as a Campaign Manager and Business Segment Manager for T-Mobile UK, and as Product Development Officer for Areeba (Cyprus) / MTN. She later moved into agency leadership, holding the roles of Client Services Director and General Manager at Ex Libris Advertising Ltd, where she directed integrated communications campaigns, including online community management and content strategies for social media.
Since July 2016, Andry has been the Founder and General Manager of The Lobsters Ltd, an award-winning creative communication and design agency. In this role, she oversees brand management and integrated 360° communications for market-leading local and international brands across the FMCG, HORECA, and service sectors. A keen follower of emerging marketing technologies, she brings a wealth of practical industry experience to CIM, where she delivers modules in Digital Marketing. Her commercial work is highly informed by her personal interests in literature, photography, global cultural trends, and nutrition.
