Spyros Efrem is a Logistics Coordinator with expertise in the commodities market. His role involves preparing contracts for the supply and delivery of cargo to customers in the Middle East, negotiating freight rates and cargo prices, and managing payment methods such as Letters of Credit (LCs) and Cash against Documents (CAD).
He also has significant experience in the crewing industry, particularly in river cruises operating in Germany and France, where he was responsible for recruiting, monitoring, and managing all aspects related to the crew.
Spyros brings extensive experience across various types of vessel operations, developed during his more than four years at the Limassol port, where he served as an operations analyst. His responsibilities included observing, participating in, and analysing vessel operations, as well as producing detailed reports on costs, productivity, operation duration, and cargo volumes.
He holds a BSc in Commerce, Finance and Shipping from the Cyprus University of Technology and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers”.
