After graduation from Maritime Academy in 2007 Mr Mikhail Konoplev was sailing as Navigation Officer on cruise ships and oil tankers. In 2009 he continued education in World Maritime University and in 2010 got degree of Master of Science in Maritime affairs. Since 2011 has been working ashore in Cyprus on various positions in shipping management Companies. The area of work and expertise includes but not limited to: organisation and control of various aspects of shipping management, economics of shipping management, development of new projects, implementation of regulations and standards, human resource management.
