Mr. Christos Morphi has been awarded a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Cyprus and a Master of Laws in international Banking Law and Finance from the University of Edinburgh, with distinction.
Following completion of his vocational training with a leading law firm in Cyprus, and admission to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2018 as a licensed lawyer, he began practicing in the corporate department of the same law firm.
Mr. Christos Morphi specialises in corporate law, contract law, mergers and acquisitions, and bankruptcy and insolvency. He regularly advises, and represents as the leading counsel, major multinational corporations and private equity firms (including regulated entities in the E.U. or third countries) on multijurisdictional transactions, settlement of disputes in joint ventures, and financing matters.
