THE APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAMME PROCESS
CIM-Cyprus Business School and Flyfish are pleased to announce the
commencement of a collaboration on the innovative “Apprenticeship”
project that will provide the opportunity for simultaneous work and
education. The two leading organisations, responding to the needs of the
labour market, provide a unique opportunity for young people to gain work
experience and education concurrently.
This is the first project of its kind in Cyprus and offers many advantages. It fully aligns with the state’s strategy for connecting the labour market with the academic community, provides opportunities for individuals who cannot afford to study, and offers a clear career plan, maximising the return on each student’s investment.
Through the “Apprenticeship” project, new Flyfish employees will receive a full salary for their work. At the same time, 100% of their tuition fees will be subsidised for studies in any Bachelor’s or Master’s programme offered by CIM-Cyprus Business School in Nicosia and Limassol.
All courses are delivered in the evening, allowing new employees to combine their work with their studies. Upon completion of their studies, they will be provided with the opportunity for permanent employment. Thus, they will be guaranteed a professional career in one of the leading technology companies operating in Cyprus.
CIM-Cyprus Business School has trained business executives for 46 years as the leading Cypriot Business School. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in bridging education and employment, ensuring that young professionals are well-prepared for the future.
